Lost or Missing Mail
Lost or Missing Mail
If you package it says delivered, you can file a dispute, but unfortunately, PayPal will reject it. You do not even need to tell us you are doing so. There is literally nothing we can do. This is why we offer Route Insurance and you may start a quick claim and get resolution at https://claims.route.com/
As explained in our listings . . . Once your order is in transit, it is the responsibility of USPS to get it delivered to you. If you do not receive your order once it is in USPS’s possession, you will need to file a claim on the 8th day after shipping with USPS using the following link: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
Through our own missing packages we have learned that USPS can GPS track the delivery location of your package. Your point of contact is your USPS mailman, your local USPS office and your local USPS Post Master.
The US Post Master General is: Louis DeJoy
