Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Package with tracking or USPS Priority.

In stock orders are shipped within 24 hours.

Pre-Sale Orders are shipped between 3-26 weeks depending on our manufacturer.

If you order in stock and pre-sale items together, we will ship and back order for a $6.00 Split Shipping Fee. Reminder we do not accept refunds, but will substitute. 

Our family time are the weekends and holidays; we do not ship orders nor answer messages. 

Check your email for tracking. Orders can take up to 10 days to arrive. Kindly refer any delivery questions to USPS, unfortunately once it leaves our possession, we have no control over transit time and delivery. If you do not receive your order once it is in USPS’ possession, you can file a claim on the eighth day after shipping with USPS using the following link: https://www.usps.com/help
